2. Is there any difference between being an affiliate for the e-book and print paperback versions of your books?

The print paperback version of What You Know Is Worth More Than You Know does NOT earn commissions via this affiliate program due to system constraints, but you may earn a commission for the print version by becoming an Amazon.com and/or Barnes&Noble.com affiliate and following their instructions. Most customers elect the e-book because I provide free lifetime updates.

3. How do I get paid?

We pay all affiliate commissions via PayPal™ only with the exception of large-volume affiliates who may be paid by check at our discretion.

4. When do I get my first commission payment?

You will get paid within 30 days after the end of the month in which you reach the minimum commission payment threshhold of $50. And then again within 30 days after the month in which you accrue at least another $50 in commissions, each time that happens.
